Insurance – We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Humana PPO, Aetna, Tricare and others. Copays are collected at the time of visit.

Vouchers – We accept vouchers from Veteran’s Administration, Texas Workforce Commission and Disability Determination.

Other – We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, checks, money orders and cash.
